🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have a relevant engineering/technology degree or equivalent in fields such as:
· B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, etc.
· Master’s degrees such as M.Sc, MCA, M.Tech/ME, M.Phil in related subjects.
· AMIE/DOEACC B‑Level qualifications in specified fields are also accepted.
✅ Valid GATE Score
Applicants must have a valid GATE score from 2024, 2025, or 2026 in these papers:
· CS (Computer Science & Information Technology)
· EC (Electronics & Communication Engineering)
· DA (Data Science & Artificial Intelligence)
🧑🦽 Age Limit (as on 31 Mar 2026)
· Unreserved/EWS: Up to 30 years
· OBC (NCL): Up to 33 years
· SC/ST: Up to 35 years
· PwBD: Relaxations as per rules

💸 Pay Scale & job Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist‑B (Group‑A Gazetted) with the following pay:
🪙 Pay Level‑10 (7th CPC)
✔️ ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month
✔️ Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Transport Allowance and other benefits as per central government rules.
The post includes all‑India service liability and opportunities for national project assignments.
