PM Cares Fund has supported a total of 1224 PSA oxygen plants across the country to date. More than 1100 of these stations have begun production. Each day, 1750 metric tonnes of oxygen are generated. The goal was to handle the issues of the highlands, islands, and key places by establishing PSA oxygen production facilities in each of the country's districts. More than 7,000 employees were trained to ensure the operation and maintenance of these manufacturing plants. PSA oxygen plants have been established in 35 states and union territories.
