Why does my baby throw tantrums?

Temper tantrums differ from moaning and crying to squealing, kicking, hitting, and breath-holding. They're evenly common in boys and girls and normally happen between the ages of 1 to 3. Waves of anger are a normal part of child development. Whereby young kids show that they're upset and frustrated. Outbursts may happen when kids are bored, hungry, or uncomfortable. Tantrums are normal during the second year of life when conversation skills are starting to develop. Because toddlers can't hitherto tell what they crave, sense, or want, a frustrating occurrence may cause a tantrum. As communication skills develop, tantrums tend to reduce.

Toddlers want freedom and control over their surroundings — more than they can handle.

How Can We Evade Tantrums?

Try to limit tantrums from occurring in the first place, whenever possible. Here are some opinions that may help: Reward your small one with applause and attention for positive behavior. Offer few choices such as "Do you want berry juice or apple juice?" Silently change the environment. Take your toddler outdoor or inside/move to a different room. Don't complicate the problem with your frustration or impatience. Suggest yourself that your job is assisting your child to learn to soothe down. So you need to be patient too.
