With the changing times, the use of credit cards is increasing. people are getting more convenience in making payments through credit cards. These rewards include cashback, discounts, etc. At the same time, many prefer to pay bills through UPI as well. Now users are going to get benefits both through credit cards and UPI.
Payment by credit card:

Credit card holders will soon be able to pay for goods and services through the United Payments Interface (UPI). Currently, UPI users are only allowed to make payments through their bank accounts. UPI payments through credit cards can only be made to merchants using the Razorpay Payments Gateway. With this, its platform will enable credit card transactions on UPI.

According to Razorpay, it is the first payment gateway to adopt the NCPI (National Payments Corporation of India) feature that allows users to link their RuPay credit cards with UPI. No need to carry a credit card:

By linking credit cards with UPI, customers no longer need to carry their credit cards with them all the time to make payments. This eliminates the risk of theft or loss of credit cards. It thereby increases security for customers. It also eliminates the possibility of skimming or copying sensitive customer information on swiping machines.

Transaction details:

According to RBI data, the credit card industry has grown by 30% in the last three years. Only 6 percent of indians use credit cards. At the same time, UPI recorded more than 731 crore transactions in october 2022 alone. It is used by more than 40% of Indians.
