Time travel concepts and science fiction entertainment typically have recognisable plots. But the genre hasn't featured any moving stories. The central theme of Sharwanand's historic 30th film, Oke Oka Jeevitham, is mother-son bonding in a sci-fi family comedy. The film's trailer was presented by Anirudh Ravichander, the composer of the music.

As a teenage musician who advances to the following round of a music competition, Sharwa is first introduced. But he finds it difficult to concentrate because the person who is usually by his side to encourage and support him is not there. Because of these circumstances, he has the chance to meet his mother, who passed away a few years ago. He is given a second chance to alter his destiny when a scientist, who is portrayed by Nasser, finds a time machine. He seems to be leading a life of purposelessness now because of some drama from the past. He has problems, and so do vennela kishore and Priyadarshi. As Sharwa's romantic interest, Ritu varma made an appearance.

Sharwanand's outstanding performance as a budding musician moves us to tears. In the supporting roles, vennela kishore and priyadarshi are extremely brilliant. Ritu varma performed her role effectively. amala akkineni, who plays Sharwanand's mother, makes a significant difference with her on-screen presence. Shree Karthick chose a theme with a lot of information, and he did a good job of keeping all the emotions in check and in the proper proportions. Dream Warrior Pictures' production design is excellent since the graphics work is on par with that of several high-profile movies with big budgets.
