With the success of "Hit," the telugu criminal thriller subgenre underwent a transformation. The creators of "Hit" wanted to create a franchise after realising how popular it was, and "Hit 2: Second Case" is the sequel. For these kinds of thrillers, adivi sesh is already well-known. Naturally, "HIT 2" caused a stir and enthusiasm.

KD (Adivi Sesh) is a policeman in the Homicide Division of Vizag. He is dating a social worker named Aarya (Meenakshii Chaudhary). An employee at a tavern named Sanjana is brutally murdered. Sanjana's head is the only body part that belongs to her, while the other body parts are those of other women, as discovered by KD and his crew. There is a serial killer out there. Aarya's support for a women's organisation is linked to numerous other women who were killed, according to KD's additional inquiry. Who committed such horrifying crimes? Adivi Sesh has already proven to have the abilities and personality needed for such thrillers. He not only blends in effectively, but also performs excellently as an investigating officer to keep us interested throughout. He occasionally directs the movie as well. The persona played by Meenakshii Chaudhary is forgettable. It's nice that Komalee prasad is Adivi Sesh's assistant. Suhaas has a lot to offer. Rao Ramesh's personality doesn't really matter. Despite receiving little screen time, some actors, including Harsha Vardhan, have significant roles to play in the narrative.
