After the success of Vikram, director lokesh kanagaraj is gearing up for Thalapathy 67. Thalapathy 67 stars actor Vijay as the hero. It stars Trisha, priya Anand, Mansoor Alikhan, Sanjay Dutt, gautham Menon, Mathew Thomas, Action king Arjun, and sandy along with Vijay. Apart from this, there were reports that actor kamal haasan is also going to play a cameo role in the film.

Because kamal haasan had made a sketch that he would play a cameo role in Thalapathy 67 and buy the call sheet for Vijay's next film and produce it through his company Rajkamal Films.
