In light of his recent Guinness World Record break for the most selfies taken in only three minutes, Akshay Kumar, who is getting ready for the debut of his upcoming movie Selfiee, can now be referred to as a Selfie King. The actor took 184 photos with his admirers in only three minutes on wednesday while promoting Selfiee. He posted a video to his instagram account in which he can be seen standing still while wearing an orange outfit and repeatedly taking pictures with his followers.

He wrote a lengthy statement and posted images of himself holding the certificate. He acknowledged how his followers have supported him throughout his career and said in his statement that he is paying a special homage to them: "This is my personal dedication to them."

The message said, "The unwavering affection of my followers is responsible for everything I have accomplished and where I am in life. This is my personal homage to them in appreciation for supporting me during my career. We have surpassed the Guinness World Record for Most Selfies in 3 Minutes thanks to the support of my followers. Returning to Akshay Kumar's forthcoming film Selfiee, emraan hashmi also plays the pivotal role. Driving Licence, a 2019 malayalam film, was officially remade in this film. On february 24, 2023, the hindi version is expected to be released in theatres.
