This year's oscar season got underway with Everything, Everywhere, All the Time coming out on top after being the underdog. It's a sci-fi comedy with martial arts and a dildo battle scene, so it's not your typical oscar "movie," to put it mildly. Everything, Everywhere, All At Once is most likely going to win this year's oscar for best picture.

It has earned top accolades for its performers, writers, producers, and directors, which is a complete sweep that only four other movies in history have done. It is what one can confidently call an offbeat hit. And all four of them went on to win Oscars, so it is safe to anticipate that Everything Everywhere All at Once will follow suit. Co-directors Kwan and Scheinert are almost assured to repeat it since they won the Directors Guild Award for Best Picture.

The popular film Top Gun: Maverick or Netflix's World war I drama "All Quiet on the Western Front," which surprised everyone by winning a Bafta, would be preferred by some oscar voters from the old school. Nevertheless, Everything Everywhere has received nominations from all quarters, so the category is still open before the big event. Austin Butler, Collin Farrell, Brendan Fraser, Paul Mescal, and William Nighy are among the contenders for Best Actor. Most likely, Brender Fraser will triumph. And with no big surprises or twists, the predictions came true this year!
