Thala ajith starrer Ner Konda Paarvai helmed by H Vinoth was the official tamil remake of the bollywood superhit movie pink, and the movie costarring Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami, vidya balan and andrea tariang was a 100 crores grosser success story.
Following the success, ajith is next ready for an action thriller directed by H Vinoth and again bankrolled by Boney Kapoor. Touted to be a movie on a mammoth scale, AK60 will have ajith as a cop. The movie is titled as 'Valimai' and there are speculations that kajal aggarwal might be doing the female lead role in this venture.
The latest buzz is that Thala Ajith's 61st movie could be the official remake of the recently released hindi flick Article 15 directed by anubhav sinha and starring ayushmann khurrana and an official confirmation is awaited in this regard. In recent times, Ajith's choice of selection in scripts has garnered a huge response among fans and movie buffs. 'Article 15' is a powerful movie and ajith has evoked interest in acting in the remake which will convey a hard hitting message.
