Actor Ram is currently in a very bad form with three back to flops — Endhukante Premanta, Masala and Ongole Gitta. However the actor seem to have maintained his business in tact. His next film, Pandaga Chesko is being readied for release and the makers have got a massive amount for the satellite rights of the movie.
Zee Telugu had shelled out a whopping 6.5 Crore for the movie's satellite rights. This is the highest price in Ram's career so far. Gopichand Malineni, the director of the movie also have the track record of producing minimum guarantee movies which do well on Television. Ram also got good following in ladies and family audience which prompted this good amount.
Pandaga Chesko has completed all of its shooting except for a song. The Post Production works of the film began today with the dubbing Pooja. The makers are planning finish all the works and release the movie toward the end of April or early May as Summer Special.
Rakul Preet Singh and Sonal Chauhan are playing the female leads in this film. 'Simha Producer' Parchuri Kireeti is producing the film on his United Movies banner. Touted to be a full length entertainer, the film has music scored by Thaman. Kona Venkat has penned the dialogues. Arthur A.Wilson will be cranking the camera.
