
The Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is investigating conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar in the Rs.200 crore money laundering case in which jacqueline fernandez and nora fatehi were reportedly interrogated, claims that the accused gave the two bollywood celebrities luxury cars and other expensive presents.
The ED claims in a charge sheet filed under the anti-money laundering statute that Sukesh Chandrashekhar spoke with Jacqueline through her cosmetics artist, shaan Muttathil. On december 8, Jacqueline was summoned for interrogation in the case after she was prevented from going abroad by ED authorities at a nearby airport in Mumbai.
During her testimony to the ED in august and October, Jacqueline stated that she "received" presents such as three Gucci and Chanel handbags, two Gucci gym wear suits, a pair of Louis Vuitton footwear, two sets of diamond earrings, a bracelet with multi-colored stones, and two Hermes bracelets. The actress also informed the ED that she had surrendered the conman's gift of a mini Cooper automobile.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar, on the other hand, said in his testimony to the agency that he gifted Jacqueline jewelry worth Rs 7 crore. Sukesh also provided Jacqueline's sister, who lives in America, a loan of USD 150,000 (Rs 1.13 crore) and a bmw X5 automobile. Jacqueline's parents received a Maserati, while her mom in bahrain received a Porsche, according to the conman.
