Rajasekhar and jeevitha are once again in the news for the wrong reasons. The pair is accused of defrauding the producer of Rs 26 crore. Koteswara Raju, the producer of Garuda Vega and the founder of Jyo Famous Enterprises, and his spouse Hema have filed a cheating complaint against jeevitha Rajasekhar, alleging severe claims against the star pair.
Rajasekhar and jeevitha, according to Garudaa Vega producers, took out a Rs 26 crore loan by pledging their properties as collateral. Rajasekhar and jeevitha, on the other hand, allegedly transferred their assets to their Benami and sold them before paying off their loans. The producers asserted that they have all of jeevitha Rajasekhar's documentation, checks, and promissory notes and that they have moved legally. jeevitha and Rajasekhar have been charged with check bounce and forgery.
Likewise, a Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against jeevitha and Rajasekhar by the Nagiri court. The court has been notified by Jeevitha's lawyer that Rajasekhar's health is deteriorating. The hearing has been rescheduled on May 5th. The producers of Garuda Vega have yet to respond to the allegations levelled against jeevitha and Rajasekhar. More information is awaited.
