Directed by Vamshi, the film stars Vijay along with rashmika mandanna, Shyaam, Khushbu, Prakashraj, Prabhu, Sangeetha, and Samyukta.
Dil Raju, who is a leading producer in the telugu film industry, is producing Varisu. The film, which is made in tamil, will be dubbed and released in both telugu and hindi languages. Varisu is going to be released in tamil Nadu by master Filmmaker Lalit Kumar. Thaman composed the music and karthik Palani has done the cinematography.
