International yoga Day is observed on june 21, practitioners commemorate the practise of yoga, which has benefited their mental and physical health. Many people have reported feeling calmer as a result, and these celebs can attest to that. The following celebrities have each experienced yoga in their own unique ways, from mohanlal, who characterised it as a celebration of the body, mind, and soul, to Keerthy suresh, who uses it as a technique to manage her stress.


Mohanlal - In addition to being a fantastic actor, mohanlal enjoys working out. Being a former kerala boxing champion is an intriguing truth about the actor that few people appear to be aware of. The Drishyam actor has been interested in fitness since he was little. yoga, which he describes as a celebration of the body, mind, and soul, is something he frequently practises, so it shouldn't come as a surprise.
