Jailer movie proves that no kollywood hero can match Rajinikanth's image if the story is right. Judging by the viewership, Jailer is likely to break the record of highest collections in kollywood this weekend. Robo 2.O is the highest grossing movie in kollywood till now with 709 crores.If you look at the list of films that have achieved the highest overall collections in the South, Baahubali 2 is in the first place with a gross of 1810 crores. Then rrr stood with 1280 crore collections. kgf chapter 2 stood at the third position. The film collected 1233 crores gross.
It is remarkable that the movie Robot 2.O is in the fourth place after this. Baahubali is at the fifth position in this list with collections of 605 crores. Next is Ponniyan Selvan from kollywood with a gross of 1,487.50 crores. Next saaho movie is at the sixth position with 435 crores followed by Kamal Haasan's vikram with 417 crores.
