Sukesh Chandrashekhar, accused of fraud of 200 crores, lodged in tihar jail in Delhi, has given a shocking offer to famous bollywood producer Sajid Nadiadwala. Through a legal letter, Sukesh has offered Sajid to buy his production company Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. This offer has been presented for a full Rs 1000 crore and under a full cash deal. The letter is written on 26 May 2025, which was sent to Sajid on 28 May by his lawyer Anant Malik.

In the letter, Sukesh has written that if Sajid is ready to sell the company, then he is ready to keep him as the CEO of the company and Sajid can continue working on his terms. Through the letter, Sukesh also said that the cases and allegations against him have nothing to do with this deal and this offer is completely legal and related to clean money. He assured that if needed, his bank and legal team can provide any kind of guarantee or clearance letter. He told that his tax records and documents have been in full compliance for the last 10 years and can be checked.

Ready to pay the money in 48 hours

Also, he said that whatever image has been created against him in the media should not create any confusion about the seriousness of this deal. Sukesh also wrote that if Sajid takes this offer seriously, then he is ready to put an amount of 1000 crores in the escrow account within 48 hours.

2 thousand crore deal with a big company

Apart from this, he claimed that he has recently invested 250 million dollars (approximately 2000 crores) in a big film company in Los Angeles and a guarantee letter can also be obtained from that studio. At the end of the letter, Sukesh said that buying Sajid's company and working with him is personal for him and he is very keen to finalize this deal in the next 30 days. At present, no official response has come from sajid nadiadwala on this letter.
