Sunny Deol said about the film 'Sholay', 'When I saw 'Sholay', I was going abroad for studies. I had seen the trailer for the film. My father is very nice. Every character in that film is very effective. It is the most-watched film in India.'
Sunny Deol's younger brother and actor bobby recalled his childhood days spent during the shooting of the film in Bengaluru. He says, 'I used to be present on the set of 'Sholay' with my father. I consider myself lucky for this. I still remember the days when they were shooting in Bengaluru; we used to drive to the village where it was shot. I was a big fan of Jaya ji, and I used to keep her picture (with me). The whole cast was there, but I was excited to see Jaya ji. I have seen a four-hour uncut version of the film 'Sholay'. I have seen a lot more than others, and I still remember all those moments.'
