On this application, the concerned circle revenue officer will start his proceedings.

After this, the application will be sent to Kanungo Incharge and then to the concerned Patwari.

Patwari will verify all the facts of the memorandum along with the revenue record.

After this, Patwari will personally call the concerned party and register.

After registering the interval, the Patwari will present it before the Kanungo for verification.

The final order will be given by the concerned CRO (Assistant collector Grade-2).

Brief order will be registered on the portal for every application.

Chief minister Bhagwant Mann said that after verifying the time, a short order would be entered on the portal for every application. He said that with this the process of demarcation will be simplified and mutual disputes will be settled by consensus. Mann claimed that while this process would facilitate the purchase and sale of land, it would also help in getting compensation for crop loss and copying of Jamabandi.
