The Enforcement Directorate has taken major action against telangana rashtra samithi (TRS) mp Nama Nageswara Rao. The ED on monday attached properties worth Rs 80.65 crore of nageswara rao and his family members. According to agency representatives, they have temporarily attached 28 movable properties and other assets totaling Rs. 80.65 crore. This action has been taken against the trs leader in the case of money laundering.
The ED has taken this action against ranchi Expressway Limited, Madhucon Projects Limited, its directors, promoters and the agency in the case of money laundering. ED is currently probing the matter.
Himanshu Verma arrested in Syndicate bank scam case
At the same time, the ED arrested the main conspirator Himanshu Verma in the Rs 1,257 crore Syndicate bank loan fraud case. The accused was produced in a special court in jaipur today, where the court sent Himanshu Verma to ED custody till october 25. The ED has also attached assets worth Rs 14.88 crore of the accused.
