Generally models, film celebrities stay away from politics for the fear of stirring a hornet nest. However of late genex stars are showing keen interest not only in regional and national politics but also in international politics.
It is known that Pakistani model Qandeel baloch was murdered brutally by her brother for posting sensuous snaps on social media and defying the diktat of Pakistani religious groups and Government headed by PM Nawaz Shariff.
Qandeel baloch too sometime back warned Indian PM Modi with the following posts.
“Modiji how’s your tea selling business going on?”
“See, we Pakistani are loving people…So ‘darling’ (Modi) be human and don’t make us angry”, she says.
She further adds, “Daro humse” (beware of Pakistanis).
Following her death, Indian actress Rakhi Sawant took strong class to PM Nawaz Shariff comparing him to PM Modi. She asked Nawaz Shariff to learn from Modi who launched "Beti Bachao na ki beti hatao," She questioned "is it a crime to like Indians?."
Qandeel Baloch sometime back questioned the status of women in Pakistan which must have angered clerics in the country.
