Till a couple of months ago, his mere presence used to electrify crowds and boost the morale of his cadre in a big way and except for last minute pro-development wave, there was all likelihood that he would be the CM of AP. He is none other than Jaganmohan Reddy, the boss of YSRCP. This gave jitters to even many other parties in the state. However, all this seems to be a thing of the past because whatever Jagan says his leaders are reportedly not even bothering. The contrasting approach between Jagan and his late father Y S Rajasekhar Reddy seems to be the key reason. When it comes to his cadre, sources say the less spoken the better. The lack of coordination at all levels was clear recently during his Anti-TDP program Narakasura vadha. Despite all hype, it failed to click even in Kadapa, his home turf. Sources say that Jagan’s charisma is fading and this is in fact an opportunity to motivate cadre and build a strong base because for any party charisma doesn’t work for long term but in a way by not becoming a force to reckon with, even if Babu falters in governance, Jagan Mohan Reddy may have lost his Midas touch!
