According to the NBC, Rajagopal was issued by the NBW for failing to appear at the OMC case hearing.

The hearings in the Van Pick, Dalmia, jagati publications, and Ranky cases have been postponed to May 28 by the cbi court. The Obulapuram mining trial has been postponed till May 30. raghuram Krishnam Raju, a ycp MP, submitted a plea at the cbi court two days earlier, asking for Jagan's bail to be revoked.
