International flight services have been banned in india since march last year in view of the Corona epidemic. During this, air services were used to bring back indian citizens stranded abroad.

At present, the government of india has entered into an 'air bubble' agreement with 31 countries to send indian citizens abroad and bring them back to India.

Under which flights are being operated with full precaution. Foreign travellers from these 31 countries are also free to travel to India.

Out of the 31 countries with which india has an 'air bubble' agreement, the Omicron variant of the coronavirus has been found in three countries, Britain, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Flights coming from these countries have not been banned by India. Recently, there was a stir when two travellers who returned from south africa were found to be corona infected.

These indian passengers were confirmed to be infected with the Delta variant.

Due to the air bubble agreement, flights from Britain, Germany, and the netherlands have not yet been banned.

But, not banning travel from all these countries can prove to be a dangerous decision in the coming times.

The government of india being sure about it only by keeping a close watch on the flights cannot be called the right decision under any circumstances.

When countries around the world are strictly taking strict guidelines with a complete ban on international flights. So, apart from increasing the strictness on airports in india, no such tough decision has been taken so far.

Delhi Chief minister arvind kejriwal has also demanded from the government of india that flights coming from countries affected by Omicron variants should be banned.

After all, how can the indian government ignore the havoc caused by the Delta variant during the second wave of the Corona pandemic? There have already been more than 30 mutations in Omicron variants.

If a lethal mutated form comes to the fore after coming to india, then whose responsibility will it be? It is true that all the information about the Omicron variant has not been revealed yet.

But, why isn't attention being paid to implementing preventive measures already? There is a possibility of a third wave of corona in India.
