Chief minister Stalin's outset!! Rs 2749 crore loan for women...
In the financial year 2021-2022, it was announced in the Legislative assembly that loan assistance of Rs 20,000 crore would be provided to women's self-help groups.
Tamil Nadu chief minister MK stalin today launched loan assistance of Rs. 2749 crore 85 lakhs to 7,56,142 women self-help group members belonging to 58,463 women self-help groups across tamil Nadu. Under the tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Movement, 6,83,442 beneficiaries belonging to 52,574 women's self-help groups were licensed to 30 beneficiaries by opening 2,485.96 crore bank loans and 30 e-service centers through nationalized banks, co-operative banks, and start-up agricultural co-operative societies.
Likewise, Rs. 26.60 crore for 931 women self-help groups in urban environs and Rs. 219 crore 37 lakh was provided as the bank loan to start businesses to 57,451 beneficiaries belonging to 4,702 urban self-help groups. During the event, chief minister stalin held a video conference with women entrepreneurs of self-help groups from the area including Dharmapuri, Thiruvannamalai and discussed the revolving funding platform with the women's self-help groups. Rs. 2749 crore 85 lakhs to 7,56,142 women self-help group members belonging to 58,463 women self-help groups across tamil Nadu has launched today by MK Stalin.
