Yogi's Budget: Special attention to Tourism...


Under the ambitious UP Tourism Policy 2022, the yogi government has set an investment goal of Rs. 10 lakh crore to boost the state's tourism sector. According to estimates, this goal will result in the creation of 20,000 jobs over the next five years.

There is a plan to invest Rs 10 lakh crore in 5 years to increase tourism in the state. Rs 50 crore has been kept for the tourism development of Shri Shakumbhari Devi temple Shakti Peeth.

Rs 40 crore has been given for integrated development everywhere including Sangam in Prayagraj. A provision of Rs 40 crore has been made for the tourism development of the Buddhist Circuit. A budget of Rs 40 crore has been given to promote tourism in Bundelkhand. 10 crore rupees have been kept for the development of Shukratal of Muzaffarnagar.

A plan has been made to promote youth tourism in the state with Rs 2 crore. Rs 2.5 crore has been kept for the formation of Uttar Pradesh Eco Tourism Board.

Budget presented with poetry

Finance minister Suresh Khanna while presenting the budget maintained the atmosphere with poetry. He kept his point through poetry at least 7 times in the 1 hour 38 minute long budget speech. From cm yogi Adityanath to leader of Opposition akhilesh yadav were seen smiling at his style, while many MLAs laughed and clapped.
