Hearing in the manish Sisodia Case: Today, the ED brought manish Sisodia, who had been detained in connection with a case involving the delhi Excise Policy.

3. ED claims – AAP leaders took a bribe of 100 crores

ED's lawyer said a group from the South was formed to run a 30% liquor business in Delhi. From this group, K. Vijay Nair met on behalf of Kavita and Sisodia. Everything was decided mutually. After this, AAP leaders were given a bribe of Rs 100 crore from this group in the south.

4. Why was Sisodia's phone SIM not in his name?

The ED raised the question that Sisodia bought 14 phones in a year and broke them. Not a single phone was bought by Sisodia himself. The sim cards were also in the name of others. One SIM card was in the name of Devender Sharma. All this conspiracy was done so that it could be used in defence. In this case, the evidence was destroyed on a similar scale. The lawyer said that this is the reason we want custody. Sisodia is evasive in answering everything.

5. Sisodia's lawyer gave these arguments in defence

Sisodia's lawyer said ED has not yet been able to find the link of a single rupee transaction between Vijay Nair and Sisodia. See the document. Everywhere ED is saying we heard like this or we heard like that. There is no evidence anywhere.
