After ram Navami, communal unrest in bihar persists. This violence took on a bloodier appearance on Saturday. Six people were severely hurt in a bomb blast that occurred in Sasaram. Heavy weaponry has now been placed in many bihar regions. Schools have been shut down. The availability of the internet has also been curtailed in some places due to the threat of escalating racial unrest. At the same time, the bihar police claims that the situation has been stabilised and is now calm. Additionally, 45 individuals have been detained by the bihar police on suspicion of violent crimes.
It is alleged that a mosque was set on fire and stones were also pelted. On the other hand, there is an allegation that stones were pelted at the ram Navami procession.
During this, stones were pelted from both sides, bullets were fired and on seeing this, the crowd started arson. By the time the police took action, a lot had been ruined.
There is a lot of politics going on in this whole matter. While the bjp is besieging the ruling JDU and RJD, cm Nitish Kumar says that the administration is probing the matter.
On the other hand, bjp is alleging that the ruling JDU has deliberately invoked Section 144 to stop amit Shah's programme, due to which his program was cancelled. amit shah reached patna only on saturday evening.
