Satyavathi Rathod, the minister for women's and children's welfare, introduced the "Kishoramrutham," "Arogya lakshmi Spices," and "Condiments" packets during a ceremony held at ravindra Bharathi as part of the festivities. On this occasion, the top female students from the women and Child Institutes were honored. Since Telangana's creation, the state government has taken a number of actions to advance women's rights in the region. Banks tripled the amount of money they provided to Self Help Groups. SHG loans totaled Rs 3,738.67 crore in 2014–15, and by 2022–23, they had reached Rs 12,722.14 crore. To keep track of the financial transactions of the SHG participants and the group's village-level organizations, mobile accounting software has also been developed.The government provides nutrition to children aged 7 months to 3 years old as part of the "Balamrutham" project in an effort to promote their health and general wellbeing. Three to five times a day, children are given wheat, gramme, milk powder, oil, and sugar. In a similar vein, the government has also launched a programme named "Balamrutham Plus" to combat severe child malnutrition. Children who are registered with Anganwadi Centres are provided Balamrutham Plus as part of the programme, and their health is routinely checked.
