A hilarious video of buffaloes being herded into a lorry with a man kicking one of the buffaloes from behind to get it moving was tweeted by ap Jithender reddy, a member of the party's national executive, revealing what various leaders of the BJP's telangana unit think of their leaders, including State president Bandi Sanjay. He claimed that the party's telangana leadership need the same treatment.

The former mahabubnagar MP posted a video of a guy kicking a lethargic buffalo from behind to force it to jump onto a vehicle that was already loaded with other buffaloes. reddy tweeted that this was the therapy necessary for the BJP's telangana leadership and tagged BL Santosh, sunil Bansal, and the BJP's official handles.

Although reddy attempted to do some damage control by clarifying in a different tweet that what he meant was the treatment that should be given to Bandi's critics within the party, the tweet actually exposed what was on his mind and exactly what many other bjp leaders in telangana are thinking, especially in light of recent events in the saffron party.

Twitter users reacted quickly to Jithender Reddy's remark. Some, including bjp supporters, noted that this was the sentiment shared by all telangana bjp "karyakartas," while others believed the situation was the same on a national level as well. Others, on the other hand, tagged Bandi Sanjay, Bansal, and others, highlighting Jithender Reddy's bio as a member of the national executive, and enquiring as to who was in charge of the profile. Some even went so far as to refer to reddy as a "covert BRS agent."

After leaders like Eatala Rajendar, Komatireddy Rajgopal reddy, and others expressed their displeasure with the way State President Bandi Sanjay conducted himself, the national leadership of the party, including national president jp nadda and home minister amit shah, held numerous discussions and attempted to contain the damage.

Additionally, there are rumours that the national leadership intends to remove Sanjay from his position and install another suitable leader in his stead. One such candidate is union tourism minister G Kishan reddy, who previously served twice as the State president.
