Kumram bheem asifabad district has received a lot of support for development thanks to chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, who on friday announced a high-level bridge over the wardha river, an ITI, and funding for both rural and urban local bodies. Chandrashekhar Rao said at a public gathering on friday during his visit to asifabad that a high-level bridge spanning the wardha River near the village of Gundayipet in the Koutala mandal will cost Rs. 75 crore.

He committed to turning Sirpur (T) Mandal Center's irrigation tank Nagamma Cheruvu into a popular tourist destination. The local mla koneru konappa had asked for the establishment of an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Kaghaznagar, which was seeing tremendous industrial expansion.

The chief minister also awarded grants totaling Rs. 10 lakh to 335 villages, including 162 tribal gramme panchayats, and Rs. 25 crore to the municipalities of Kaghaznagar and Asifabad. Additionally, he announced grants for 311 gramme panchayats in the mancherial district, each receiving Rs. 10 lakh and seven municipalities receiving Rs. 25 crore apiece.

According to Chandrashekhar Rao, the district's 76,000–86,000 acres will be stabilised after the projected barrage over the wardha River in the Koutala mandal was finished. By adding a government medical college to the region, the medical infrastructure will be bolstered. He continued by saying that the establishment of Kumram bheem asifabad district has made it easier for the general population to access the district headquarters.

He stated that the State government had already authorised Rs. 300 crore for giving three-phase electrical connections to agricultural fields in distant locations, and that he could guarantee the supply of three-phase power connections to tribal hamlets in the next two to three months.

He reminded everyone elected to office in the former adilabad district to work with officials to guarantee the efficient execution of the Giri Vikas project, which provided motor pumps to numerous tribal members.

According to Chandrashekhar Rao, the establishment of the Kumuram bheem asifabad district and other development projects were made possible by the creation of telangana State. The district has made incredible strides in healthcare services, which was formerly wracked by seasonal illnesses like malaria.

The chief minister also expressed confidence in holding onto power in the next assembly elections, pointing to the administration's tireless efforts to improve different telangana communities and sectors. He expressed gratitude to the authorities for their assistance and cooperation in ensuring Telangana's quick growth across the board.
