On Thursday, the telangana Department of college education hosted a one-day workshop on NIRF (National Institute Ranking Framework) for principals and coordinators of State government and private degree colleges. The workshop's chief guest was professor R. Limbadri, the chairman of the telangana State Council of Higher Education.

Prof. Limbadri stated at the session at the RUSA Resource Centre in nampally that the State Gross Enrollment Ratio in telangana Educational Institutions was higher than the National Gross Enrollment Ratio. He stated that the government degree institutions had received the highest NAAC grades, with GDCA khammam receiving the highest national score among government colleges (3.64), and he expressed the expectation that the degree colleges will also receive the highest NIRF rankings.

This time, the district Selection Committee (DSC), which is made up of the district collector, an extra collector, the district education officer, and others, will fill the teaching positions in place of the TSPSC. She said that orders had been provided to the officials to complete the processes and release notifications on a district-by-district basis for a total of 5,089 school education posts and an additional 1,523 special education instructors for disabled jobs.
