Controversy is continuously increasing regarding the Shivling-like fountain installed for the beautification of G20 in Delhi.

On friday (September 1), a delegation of aam aadmi party MLAs reached the police headquarters against the Lieutenant

Governor of delhi in this matter. The delegation of MLAs has demanded action from the Special police Commissioner of

Delhi against lg Vinay Kumar Saxena for the alleged insult of Shivling. AAP mla Durgesh Pathak said that bjp has hurt the

faith of Hindus by making a fountain of Shivling in the name of beautification, when people demanded to remove Shivling

from there and stop the sewer water being poured on it, lg Vinay Kumar Saxena made fun of Hindus.

MLA Durgesh Pathak claimed, 'LG said that for you it will be a Shivalinga, but for us it is just a stone. He said that, we have

lodged a complaint in the matter with delhi police and have also demanded action against the LG. Durgesh Pathak said

that top officials of delhi police have assured to take action in this matter as soon as possible. He said that I hope that he

will live up to it. There is a provision of jail in our Constitution against hurting religious sentiments, so if necessary, we can

also file a case against the LG. AAP MLAs Durgesh Pathak, sanjeev Jha, kuldeep Kumar, Rajesh Gupta and Pramila Tokas

were included in this delegation.

People are angry with PM Modi and bjp - Durgesh Pathak

Accusing bjp and delhi lg, mla Durgesh Pathak said, Everyone saw that the faith of crores of Hindus of this country has

been played with. In the name of beautification, bjp has done the work of installing a fountain of Shivalinga at the NDMC

intersection in Delhi. Sewer water is falling on Shivling 24 hours a day, due to which people of Hindu religion are feeling

insulted. He claimed that people are angry with bjp and prime minister Modi and especially the entire Hindu society is

angry with delhi lg Vinay Kumar Saxena. Regarding filing a case against lg, AAP mla Durgesh Pathak said, All of us AAP

MLAs had come today to lodge a complaint with delhi Police.
