A police official said that the President is expected to inaugurate the Uttar Pradesh international Trade

Show. Therefore, there is a possibility of extending the ban under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure in the district as a precautionary measure.

Additional director General of police (Law and Order) Hridesh Katheria said in the order issued under

Section 144 of CrPC, In view of the security arrangements of the President of india and important people

(VIPs), it is necessary to ban the use of private drones. He said, I issue an order that any person or

organization will operate drones from 20th to 25th September. Violation of the order will be punishable

under section 188 of the indian Penal Code. A senior official told PTI that gatherings of people,

processions and demonstrations in noida and Greater noida in gautam buddha nagar district bordering

Delhi were also prohibited. Restrictions have been imposed.

Order to ban the use of private drones

gautam buddha nagar police had issued an order on september 5 and imposed Section 144 of CrPC in

noida and Greater noida till september 15. It was told that in view of the upcoming festivals and

important meetings, Section 144 will remain in force from september 6 to 15 to maintain peace and


harmony. The official said that the need for restrictions was stated in view of two international events,

UPITS and MotoGP bike Race, proposed this month in Greater Noida. He said that recently there have

been demonstrations of farmers and other crowded programs. There is a possibility of the ban under

Section 144 being extended as a precautionary measure.
