The election was held without convening the general body and the election notice was not duly published in the daily newspaper. He said that no matter how many times he told them to convene the general body and hold the election after taking its permission, the administrative officer did not listen. In this situation, the counting of votes was held on 09-09-2023 after a period of one month after the election. The verdict comes at 9 pm that the counting of votes can be done. The counting of votes started within 12 hours of the verdict.


If the result had been declared as per the order of the court, eight persons from the Pandavar team and three persons from the KBS team should have been declared winners. But eight persons from KPS team and three persons from Pandavar team were declared victorious. Also, during the counting of votes, there are irregularly reported non-Sostik stamp ballot papers circulating on social media. A video recording of retired Neeti Asar, an administrative officer, saying that he does not know how these ballot papers arrived is also doing the rounds on social media. Yadavar college Yadava Alumni Association Kesavan has said that various people belonging to their community have complained to the chief minister about the malpractice in Yadav college, so there is hope that the chief minister of tamil Nadu will intervene and take action in accordance with the law.
