Israel-Hamas War: good news here...!?

The ceasefire between israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip has been extended for two more days. More hostages are expected to be released following the extension of the ceasefire between israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
Ceasefire extended: The ceasefire between israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip will be extended for two more days, according to  Palestinian Authority and  Qatari mediators. The so-called "humanitarian moratorium" was due to end early Tuesday, but Hamas said it had reached an agreement  to extend it for 48 hours under current terms. At the same time, there was no official announcement  from the Israeli side. Meanwhile, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said of the ceasefire, ``Even in the darkness of war, we can see hope and humanity,'' and extending the ceasefire  is likely to pave the way for the release of even more hostages and prisoners of war. Additionally, Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are expected to receive critical relief supplies.

What does the Qatari government say? The Qatari government, with support from the united states and Egypt, is actively negotiating a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. Qatari Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Majid Al Ansari said of the suspension: "An agreement has been reached to extend the humanitarian ceasefire in the Gaza Strip for another two days." Also, many people were captured. In response, the Israeli military launched a three-pronged attack on the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip, claiming to completely destroy the Hamas organization. The attack killed more than 40,000 people. Those most affected were children, women and the elderly. They were deprived of even the bare necessities. In this regard, following the efforts of the united states, qatar and Egypt, a four-day ceasefire was reached between israel and Hamas starting last Friday. Hostages released: Pursuant to the ceasefire agreement, Hamas released 13 hostages he was holding. More than 50 people, including a four-year-old girl, from the Philippines, Thailand, russia and the united states were freed by Hamas. At the same time, israel released 117 Palestinian prisoners.
