Should democracy be allowed to be controlled by professional hackers?

Two days after the election results were announced, in the early morning of december 5, Digvijay Singh once

again raised questions on EVM by tweeting, Any machine with a chip can be hacked. I have been hacking since

2003. I have been against voting using EVMs. The senior leader of the congress party further asked in a

questioning tone, Can we allow indian democracy to be controlled by professional hackers? Digvijay Singh has

described this question as a fundamental question on which all political parties should consider. Along with this,


former chief minister Digvijay Singh also asked the election commission of india and the supreme Court

whether they can save India’s democracy?

congress got more votes than bjp in postal ballot

Earlier, Digvijay Singh had shared the information about the votes received through postal ballot in a series of

tweets on Monday. In the votes cast through postal ballot, congress party has got more votes than bjp in most of

the seats. On this, Digvijay Singh questioned that if the public is the same then how come there is such a

difference in the voting pattern of EVM and postal ballot.
