Former chief minister of madhya pradesh and congress leader kamal nath on monday put an end to the speculations about joining BJP. He told ABP news that he will not join BJP. kamal nath will hold a press conference shortly. Before this he held a meeting with his close leaders in Delhi. Earlier, kamal nath had reached delhi on saturday amid speculations about joining BJP. Then he had said that if any such thing happens, he will give information about it to the media first. kamal nath had told reporters on questions related to speculations about joining bjp, “You people are getting very excited. I am not saying this, you people are saying this. If any such thing happens, I will be the first to inform you people.'' He said, ''I am not excited, neither on this side, nor on that side. If anything like this happens, I will inform you first.”

In fact, for the last few days, there was speculation about kamal nath and his mp son Nukul Nath leaving congress and joining the ruling BJP. kamal nath has been mp from Chhindwara nine times and is currently the mla from there. After the poor performance of congress in the madhya pradesh assembly elections held last November, he was removed from the post of state president of the party.

Sajjan Singh Verma said this

On the other hand, congress leader Sajjan Singh Verma has also answered the question of kamal nath joining BJP. He said that the man who has spent nearly 40 years with congress cannot leave the party and go anywhere.
