In the arrest warrant of congress candidate karan Singh Uchiyarda which is going viral on social media, the applicant named suresh Kumar Raloti had got a check drawn up against karan Singh, director of Girnar Hotel Pvt Ltd, in udaipur Special Judicial Magistrate NI Act court 7, Udaipur.

The hearing in this case took place on april 16. karan Singh did not reach the court on this appearance, after which the court issued an arrest ward against karan Singh. The next hearing of the case will be on the 20th.
