Arvinder Singh's statement, 'Rather than leaving bjp,'

Arvinder Singh Lovely, who recently resigned from the post of delhi congress President and joined bjp, gave a big statement. He said that instead of leaving bjp, he will leave politics. He said this on wednesday (8 May). bjp has included Lovely in the list of star campaigners released for delhi lok sabha elections.

Arvind Singh Lovely had joined bjp last week along with other senior leaders of the state congress, including former ministers Rajkumar Chauhan, Naseeb Singh and amit Malik. Even before this, Lovely had left congress and joined bjp in 2017. However, within a few months he returned to congress in 2018.

Since then he was in the congress and recently left the congress due to differences with the party leadership over the choice of candidates for the lok sabha elections in Delhi. Lovely told reporters at the state bjp office, “Last time I had decided to leave congress due to anger. However, this time we have taken the decision with a cool mind and a lot of consideration. Now we will do politics here (in BJP) or leave politics instead of leaving the party.

State bjp president Virendra Sachdeva, who was present with Lovely, said that Lovely and other leaders will be free to decide their role in the party. Lovely said that the role of a worker is most important in any party and whatever instructions the party gives him, he will fulfill that role and campaign for the party.
