It is not possible for the new judge to give a verdict on the case just by hearing it from another judge.
The latest information is that andhra pradesh cm jagan Mohan Reddy's illegal assets case investigation has started again. 130 discharge petitions have been filed for jagan Vijaya Sai Reddy who is the main candidate in this case along with other accused. The main CBI court in hyderabad will hear these petitions on the fifth day. He changed whether the judge had to rule on the discharge petitions filed in the past. hyderabad CPI court took up this case. The court ordered to reopen these petitions on april 30 this year.
cbi court judge Dr. D. Raghuram's trial began on Wednesday. Judge G Ashok reddy is hearing arguments on behalf of Jagan. He said that the cbi court registered this FIR on the orders of the high court on the complaint of two political parties. Based on this FIR, the cbi and the ED have prepared several pages of charge sheets, the lawyer said. After hearing his arguments, the judge adjourned the hearing to june 5.
