Raypalle is one of the constituencies that is becoming a hot topic in this election in andhra pradesh and Dr. satya Prasad is the ycp candidate in this constituency. Ivuri Ganesh is contesting. Ivuri Ganesh's mother won mla from Kuchinapudi which was abolished in guntur district many years ago and worked as a minister. She won as mla in 1985, 1989 and 1994 elections.
 
Her name is Eavoori Seetharavamma and she died in the year 2014. In 1995, Ivuri Sitarawamma was active in tdp and served as minister of women and Child Welfare. It is noteworthy that her husband Ivuri Subbarao contested as an mla from the Janata party in 1978 and won. In 2004, Kuchinapally merged with Raddai Raypalle Constituency.
 
After many years from that family, Dr. Ivuri Ganesh is contesting in repalle constituency. Information is being received that jagan has taken this constituency ambitiously.
