New BPL factory in Bengaluru! A new leap in electronic production!

Home appliances electronics brand PBL has set up a new manufacturing unit for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) in Bangalore. This production expansion reflects the growing demand for printed circuit boards.

PBL Limited, a pioneer in the indian electronics industry, has invested significantly in setting up a state-of-the-art Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing unit in Bangalore. This new manufacturing plant is designed to revolutionize the PCB market in india and cater to the demand for specialized electronic devices.

The launch of this new manufacturing unit is also an expression of the central government's push towards the 'Make in India' initiative. Last financial year, PBL invested Rs 15 crore to upgrade and introduce automated machinery in the existing plant to improve productivity, quality and industry compliance.

The new plant has 100 percent clean facilities suitable for high quality PCB production. It has modern plating lines which are important for PCB operation. CNC Controlled machines guarantee accuracy and efficiency in PCB manufacturing.

It also has state-of-the-art testing facilities for micro-section analysis, microscopes up to 500x. This massive new manufacturing unit has also been set up with capabilities to cater to various industrial needs.

Since 1989, PBL has been a major player in PCB manufacturing. The company was started with technical assistance from Japan's Sanyo. The indian printed circuit board market is expected to grow by 18% from 2024 to 2032. It is also expected to reach $20 billion by 2032.
