The reason for the attack is the controversial statement given by mp Ramjilal suman in the rajya sabha, in which he commented on the historical warrior Rana Sanga. After this statement, there is a lot of anger among the Karni Sena and kshatriya organizations. Karni Sena is continuously demanding an apology from him, and due to this protest, the attack was carried out.
During the incident, the vehicles of the SP MP's convoy collided with each other due to throwing of tires. Reacting to this attack, Ramjilal suman said that incidents of oppression against Dalits are increasing and the administration is not paying serious attention to it. After the incident, the aligarh police safely took SP mp Ramji Lal suman out of the aligarh border to the hathras border and from there he was sent to Agra.
