What caused the Tiruvannamalai Deepam fire disaster?


Yesterday was the Tiruvannamalai Karthikai deepa Festival. The 2,668-foot-tall mountain's summit was lit with the maha Deepam for this purpose. 2,500 followers were permitted to ascend the peak on this particular day.
