This is Hyderabad's fifth consecutive win of the season and they have moved up to the second spot in the points table.
Chasing Bangalore's small target of 69 runs, hyderabad started strongly. abhishek Sharma and Kane Williamson scored 50 runs in six overs. During this, abhishek batted vigorously against the Bangalore bowlers and scored 47 runs in 27 balls. He was close to his half-century but before that, in the second ball of the eighth over, Harshal patel was caught for a six by Anuj Rawat. abhishek scored 47 runs in 28 balls before being dismissed. After this, on the last ball of the same over, rahul Tripathi ended the match by hitting a six. hyderabad took a big win with 72 balls to spare. Suyash Prabhudesai along with Shahbaz ahmed tried to take the innings forward but Jagdish Suchit dismissed Suyash and then dinesh karthik in the same over and brought Bangalore to their knees completely.
Shahbaz too could not do much and he too soon returned to the pavilion. After this, Natarajan, Umran, and Bhuvneshwar together bundled the entire team of Bangalore with a score of 68 in 16.1 overs. For hyderabad, Mark Yansen and Natarajan took three wickets each, while Jagdish Suchit took two wickets.
