Nacho's worst dread is coming true, according to a little detail in the official Better Call Saul season 6 teaser. Nacho Varga, a crucial character in the Salamanca crime organisation played by Michael Mando, has been placed in a precarious situation in the season. It now looks that this will lead to the very thing he dreaded.

Nacho is a pivotal character in Better Call Saul, having appeared in every season since season one. Nacho began his career as an enforcer for Tuco Salamanca (Raymond Cruz), and has since sought to earn his way out of a criminal lifestyle while being caught in the thick of Gus Fring's (Giancarlo Esposito) and the Salamancas' continuous war. This all comes to a head when he plans for the assassination of Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton) under Gus' orders.

In Better Call Saul, one of Nacho's main goals is to keep his father, Manuel, out of his illicit activities. This is one of the main reasons he betrayed the Salamancas and caused Hector's stroke, as Hector planned to use Manuel's vehicle upholstery company, A-Z Fine Upholstery, as a cover for his business. Nacho's secret is compromised after Gus' assassination attempt on Lalo fails, leaving him a target for the Salamancas, who are known for their ruthlessness. As the teaser for Better Call Saul season 6 shows, this makes his father a target as well.
