This service from the smartphone maker includes all Oppo devices released in the past five years, including the ones in the Oppo A, F, K, Reno, and Find Series.

The new initiative aligns with the government's "Right to Repair" framework and intends to give customers comprehensive support and guidance.

How To Use Oppo Self-Help Assistant

To utilize the Oppo Self-Help Assistant, users in india can either visit the Oppo website or utilize the MyOPPO app. Within the app, they can locate it under the "Support Tab".

Upon accessing the Self-Help Assistant, users select their device model and proceed to choose between Simulations or Troubleshooting options.

Simulations grant users access to more than 400 settings and functions, including camera, memory, recording, backup, Wi-Fi, and hotspot. Users can either input queries or navigate through the menu to explore these features via step-by-step wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital guides.

The Troubleshooting section is designed to assist users in resolving issues related to data, networking, and device support. Users can provide feedback by indicating whether their issue was resolved with thumbs-ups (like) or thumbs-downs (dislike). If the issue remains unresolved, users can input their contact information. OPPO assures that a customer support representative will then reach out to assist the user further.

“Indian consumers are very tech-savvy, and this portal provides users with all the information they would need to troubleshoot their OPPO smartphones without making a trip to the service center. With the Self-Help Assistant, OPPO makes things simpler for consumers; this initiative is about empowering them and enhancing their experience of owning an OPPO device,” said Savio D’Souza, director of Product Communications at Oppo india, in a media statement.
