Realme P1 5g and Realme P1 Pro 5g were launched in india on monday (April 15) to disrupt the spectrum of mid-range budget smartphones. It was launched alongside the all-new Realme T100 wireless earbuds. The Realme P1 5g features a seven-layer VC cooling system for efficient thermal management. It has been equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display and boasts a 120Hz refresh rate with FHD+ resolution which ensures an immersive visual experience. It boasts a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset.

Realme P1 5g comes with a starting price tag of Rs 14,999 for the base variant of 6GB ram and 128GB of storage whereas the 8GB ram with 128GB of storage variant will come for Rs 16,999. It comes in two colour options Phoenix red and Peacock Green. The early bird sale of Realme P1 5g begins today at 6 pm and will last till 8 pm. One can order this from Flipkart.

Realme P1 Pro 5g comes with a starting price tag of Rs 19,999 for the base variant of 8GB ram and 128GB of storage whereas the 8GB ram with 256GB of storage variant will come for Rs 20,999. It comes in two colour variants Phoenix red and Parrot Blue. The sale of Realme P1 Pro 5g will kick off on april 30 at noon on Flipkart.

Realme P1 5G: Specifications

The Realme P1 5g comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution, promising an engaging visual experience. It gets 2,000 nits of peak brightness. It supports rainwater touch and has an IP54 rating. As for the chipset, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset manufactured on a 6nm process. Talking about ram, it features 8GB LPDDR4x ram, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage which is also expandable. The company asserts that this chipset offers exceptional performance, as evidenced by an Antutu score of 603K and its ultra-low power consumption. It runs on Android 14-based RealmeUI 5.0.

Speaking of the optics, the Realme P1 5g gets a 50 mp primary shooter with optical image stabilization and an 8 mp ultrawide sensor along with 2MP tertiary sensors. It packs dual stereo speakers and a 5,000 mAh battery which supports a 45W SuperVOOC flash charge.  

Additionally, the standard model includes a substantial "3D VC Cooling System" consisting of a 4356.52mm stainless steel vapor chamber, 10231mm graphite heat dissipation, and a 7-layer heat dissipation structure. This system is engineered to efficiently manage heat, addressing a common concern among users.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, 5g, USB-C port, 3.5mm audio Jack and Bluetooth v5.2.

The premium Realme P1 Pro 5g variant shares similar specifications in terms of OS, battery, charging, and front camera with the standard model. It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, coupled with 8GB of ram, and offers up to 256GB of internal storage. The device boasts a 6.7-inch full-HD+ curved OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, peak brightness of 950 nits, a screen-to-body ratio of 93 percent, and a PWM dimming rate of 2,160Hz. Additionally, the Pro variant features Rainwater Touch functionality like its base counterpart but includes an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.

In terms of photography, the Realme P1 Pro 5g sports a 50-megapixel sony LYT-600 primary rear sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). It is also equipped with Light Fusion, Ultra HDR, and Night Eye features, promising enhanced image quality compared to other models. Accompanying this primary sensor is an 8-megapixel secondary sensor paired with an ultra-wide-angle lens.
