Delhi Commission for women President Swami Maliwal has condemned the incident. She also took to twitter and said that she saw a scene where a person is doing obscenity in delhi Metro. It's so disgusting. She is sending a notice to delhi Police and delhi Metro to take strict action against the person involved in such a heinous act, delhi Commission for women Chairperson Swami Maliwal said on Twitter.
